Honda Ridgeline (2019)
The 2019 Honda Ridgeline is an unique choice for a midsize pickup. Instead of choosing the crowd and opting for a traditional body-on-frame style, Honda utilizes a more carlike unibody building and a completely independent suspension for the Ridgeline. These style choices provide this truck class-leading trip convenience and outstanding handling.
2019 Honda Ridgeline Styling
The 2019 Ridgeline carries the fundamental shape of a pickup truck with some Honda quirks thrown in. More structured than a standard truck, the Ridgeline shares numerous style points with its SUV cousin, the Honda Pilot. We’ve rated the 2019 Honda Ridgeline a 7 for its appealing interior and smooth exterior lines. With the shift from first- to second-generation, Honda moved far from the buttressed-to-bed connection, choosing rather for what appears like a far more traditional pickup truck shape than the Ridgeline models of years past. Front styling is accentuated by LED running lights, chrome grille strips, and fog lights tucked into the lower bumper. Black Edition models shun chrome in favor of a blacked-out grille and Honda logo.

2019 Honda Ridgeline Trim Levels & Engine
The 2019 Honda Ridgeline is a four-door, crew-cab-only midsize pickup that is provided in 6 trim levels: RT, Sport, RTL, RTL-T, RTL-E and the Black Edition. The RT is readily available with front-wheel drive just, while the Sport and the RTL are readily available with front- or all-wheel drive. The RTL-E and the Black Edition are AWD just. All Ridgeline models include Honda’s well-reviewed 280 hp 3.5-liter V-6 combined to a smooth-shifting 6-speed automatic. With a 0-60 mph run taking around 7 seconds, the Ridgeline offers more velocity than most truck purchasers will need or use. The naturally aspirated V-6 produces a lot of muscular sound under heavy throttle but carries out smoothly across the power band.
